1. The service must be used after 24 hours and within 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. The amount is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled after 24 hours from the time of purchase.
3. In the event of a refund request for the value of the service, a 10% administrative fee will be deducted.
4. The tax is applied to non-Saudis.
